Accessibility Statement
Our ongoing approach to accessible use of STRACT.us and Pulse, and how to report a barrier.
1. Commitment and scope
STRACT, Inc. is working to make the public website and Pulse usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment across content and enabled workflows.
2. Our approach
We aim to follow practices informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing goal, not a certification or a guarantee that every page, third-party component or interaction currently conforms.
- Semantic headings, meaningful labels and alternative text.
- Keyboard access, visible focus and clear navigation.
- Readable contrast, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support where applicable.
- Understandable forms, validation and status messages.
3. Ongoing improvements and third parties
We review feedback and work to address barriers. Some third-party integrations, older content or specialized workflows may have limitations. Contact us when a barrier prevents you from accessing information or completing a task.
4. Feedback and alternative formats
Use the STRACT contact form or email contact@stract.us with the page address, a description of the barrier and a safe way to respond. You may request information in an alternative format. There is no need to disclose medical information or unnecessary personal details.
For an authenticated Pulse issue, identify the relevant workflow without sharing credentials, private candidate records or another organization’s information. We will review the request and discuss an appropriate next step; this statement does not promise an unverified remediation deadline.
